JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

The HOLY CHILD Elementary and High School Programs uphold complete child development through the various programs that involve the learner’s mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and social aspects. HOLY CHILD provides a firm foundation of basic education that equips students with vital knowledge, skills, attitudes, and habits for higher education. This basic education program is inspired by the theory of Multiple Intelligence of Dr. Howard Gardner and even extends beyond the standards of the Department of Education (DepEd).

With upgraded physical facilities, HOLY CHILD further commits itself to provide quality student service through clubs, organizations, remedial sessions, counseling or values formation, and scholarships. Students’ talents and skills are also developed through our unique Multiple Intelligence Program that caters to students’ individual interests. We integrate into our curriculum lessons in voice, dance, swimming, visual arts, and other music courses that train students to play musical instruments.

  • Summer certificate (Junior High School if with deficiency)
  • PSA Birth certificate (2 copies)
  • Long brown envelope
  • Recent 2x2 ID photo, white background (2pcs.)
  • Photocopy of passport of foreign student holder of Philippine passport

FOR RETURNING STUDENTS (GRADES 8-10) :

  • SF9 / Report card
  • Summer certificate (Junior High School if with deficiency)

ESC REQUIREMENTS / INCOMING GRADE 7

  • Filled-out ESC application form
  • PSA Birth certificate (2 copies)
  • Grade 6 Report card
  • Long brown envelope
  • Recent 2x2 ID photo, white background (2pcs.)
  • Affidavit of guardianship, notarized if no parents
  • Proof of financial capacity

- ITR

- Certificate of Employment with annual income (parent/guardian)

- Certificate of non-filing of IT - BIR, regional office

Step 3 : Go to Admissions, and select the program to enroll
  • For Online NEW students, click the registration link
  • For Online OLD students, click the link that will redirect you to the Registrar's Facebook page. The Registrars will enroll OLD students to avoid duplication of records and ID's
  • Click on the button to fill out the enrollment form
    NOTE: If onsite, Registrar can assist or you can personally do the encoding
Step 4 : Proceed to Cashier's Office
  • Assessment and payment of School fees
  • Pay tuition and other school fees
  • Payment options are the following:
    1. Onsite campus cashiers
    2. Other online payment options
Step 5 : Proceed to Computer Center
To proceed to step 5 for taking a school ID picture, follow these step-by-step instructions:
  • Get ready and ensure you look presentable. Comb your hair and dress appropriately according to the school's guidelines for ID photos.
  • Wait for your turn in line if there are other students ahead of you. Be patient and courteous while waiting.
  • When it's your turn, follow the photographer's instructions regarding posing and positioning. Look directly at the camera and maintain a natural smile.
  • After the photo is taken, review it with the photographer. Make sure you are satisfied with how you look before finalizing the picture for your school ID.
Step 6 : Proceed to Bookstore
  • Claim textbooks, school uniform patterns, P.E uniforms, etc.
