PANABO CITY — In a vibrant display of skills mastery and technical-vocational excellence, Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) Jinky B. Firman headlined the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) Culmination for Holy Child College of Davao del Norte today, January 30, 2026, at the Lion Lamb Worship Center.
The event marked the successful completion of specialized training for 120 JDVP beneficiaries taking Computer Systems Servicing NC II, who showcased the competencies they acquired through the partnership between the Department of Education (DepEd) and HOLY CHILD.
The atmosphere was one of collaboration and pride as SDS Firman was joined by a prestigious assembly of school heads from both Panabo City and Davao del Norte. The presence of these academic leaders underscored the region’s commitment to the “K to 12” goal of producing job-ready graduates.
In an inspiring message to the scholars, SDS Firman emphasized the importance of technical skills in the modern economy.
As the 120 beneficiaries from Anibongan NHS, Panabo City NHS, Panabo City SHS and Southern Davao NHS received their certificates, the event concluded with a sense of optimism. With the guidance of leaders like SDS Firman and the collaborative spirit of Panabo City’s educators, these learners are now better equipped to transition into the workforce or pursue higher education.
